Jenson Ventures Announces Seed Investment in ReelLife Conversations to Enhance Connection and Wellbeing in Dementia Care

ReelLife Conversations uses personalised, photo-based prompts to help people living with dementia and their carers connect, engage, and enjoy meaningful moments together.

London, April 21st, 2026 — Jenson Ventures is pleased to announce a seed investment from its 2025/26 SEIS fund in ReelLife Conversations Ltd, a UK‑based wellbeing technology company building an intuitive platform to support meaningful engagement between people living with dementia and those who care for them. The company’s flagship application uses personalised photo‑based prompts to spark conversation, build confidence, and foster connection in a calm, human‑centred way. The first version of the app is now available in the AppStore for use on an iPad.

ReelLife Conversations was founded to address a deeply personal challenge: the need for tools that enable confident, comfortable interaction for people living with cognitive decline. By connecting personal photographs with intelligent prompts, the platform helps conversations flow naturally, removing pressure from recall and emphasising reassurance, engagement and emotional wellbeing. This approach supports both family members and professional caregivers, helping them create shared moments of calm, dignity and connection.

The investment reflects Jenson Ventures’ ongoing commitment to backing founders who are building technology with meaningful societal impact, especially in areas of health, care and wellbeing where improved tools can significantly enhance quality of life and support for families and communities.

Sarah Barber, CEO & Managing Partner at Jenson Ventures, said:
“ReelLife Conversations is tackling a profound and under‑served need with design and empathy at its heart. By helping people living with dementia connect with those around them, the team is creating technology that truly enhances everyday experience. We’re delighted to be partnering with Louise and the team as they continue to develop and scale this impactful solution.”

Louise Callin, Founder of ReelLife Conversations, added:
“Every conversation holds the potential to bring comfort, dignity and connection — especially for people living with dementia and those who care for them. At ReelLife Conversations, we’ve designed a tool that removes the uncertainty, supports confidence and celebrates what people can do rather than what they’ve lost. With Jenson Ventures’ support, we’re excited to accelerate our work and bring this solution to more families and care settings that need it most.”

This investment underscores Jenson Ventures’ broader strategy of backing mission‑driven founders building digital solutions that deliver real value for users and society, while supporting strong long‑term growth potential. ReelLife are gaining interest from both the UK and US, which is positive at this very early stage.
