Jenson Ventures Leads Seed Investment in PropServ to Modernise Property Maintenance

PropServ is building an AI-powered platform to simplify property maintenance management, helping property professionals resolve issues faster while improving the experience for tenants and landlords.

London, March 2026 — Jenson Ventures has led the seed funding round for PropServ, an AI-powered platform designed to streamline property maintenance management for letting agents, property managers and build-to-rent operators.

The investment will accelerate PropServ as it scales its platform across the UK, helping property professionals replace fragmented, manual maintenance processes with a single digital system that manages tenant fault reporting, issue triage, contractor dispatch and real-time maintenance tracking.

Founded in 2024, PropServ was created to address one of the most persistent operational challenges in property management. Maintenance requests remain one of the largest sources of administrative burden and tenant complaints, with many businesses still relying on email, phone calls and spreadsheets to manage issues across large property portfolios.

PropServ’s platform automates much of this workflow, using AI-assisted triage and integrated contractor management to help property managers resolve issues more quickly while improving visibility across the maintenance process.

Sam Smith, CEO and founder of PropServ, said:
Property maintenance sits at the heart of every property management operation, yet it remains one of the last areas to be properly modernised. Having Jenson lead our funding round is a real statement of intent. Their track record of backing ambitious founders at the earliest stage, and the support they bring beyond capital, makes them exactly the right partner as we scale.

Jeffrey Faustin, CIO of Jenson Ventures, added:
“PropServ is tackling a real operational challenge in the property sector. The team has developed a platform that can simplify a complex process for property managers while improving service for tenants and landlords. We’re pleased to support the company at this early stage and look forward to working with the team as they continue to grow.”

PropServ is already live in the market and generating revenue, with more than 500 property businesses currently using the platform across the letting agency, property management and build-to-rent sectors. The company plans to expand its customer base further throughout 2025.
